One of the little joys of hosting an open house at my current listing in Palmdale, California is being able to stop by Dutch Bros Coffee after an open house. Their Dulce de Leche Freeze - blended caramel and sweet cream coffee with caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of cinnamon - is my new go to favorite.

I usually order the kid’s size. Why? Because it’s just the right amount of indulgence - and still allows me to get a good night’s sleep.
