Sell

Selling your home is a big decision. Whether you have lived there for a few years or for decades, there is usually more to the decision than simply looking at what homes are selling for and putting a price on your property. Your timing, your next move, the condition of your home, and what you ultimately want to walk away with all matter. My job is to help you look at the entire picture so you can make a decision that makes sense for you, not simply react to whatever the market happens to be doing.

Los Angeles is made up of hundreds of different real estate micro-markets, and what happens on one street can be very different from what is happening a few miles away. Pricing a home correctly requires more than pulling a few comparable sales. I look at the neighborhood, the competition, recent sales, current inventory, property condition, buyer demand, and the features that make your home stand out. The goal is to find the price that attracts the right buyers while positioning your property to achieve the strongest possible result.

Preparation matters, too. Sometimes a home needs a little work before it goes on the market. Sometimes it needs a fresh perspective, better presentation, professional photography, or simply a thoughtful strategy for showcasing what makes it special. I will help you determine where your money and time are best spent before we put your home in front of buyers. Not every renovation adds value, and not every seller needs to do everything. The key is knowing what is worth doing and what is not.

Once your home is on the market, my job does not stop at getting it listed. I will help you evaluate offers, understand the terms and contingencies, negotiate on your behalf, and navigate the process through escrow and closing. The highest offer is not always the strongest offer, and a successful sale is about more than the number at the top of a page. It is about understanding the entire offer and choosing the path that best supports your goals.

Whether you are selling because you are ready for something different, moving to another part of Southern California, downsizing, relocating, or preparing to make your next real estate investment, I want the process to feel strategic rather than overwhelming. You have already built something in your home. When it is time to sell, my goal is to help you make the most of what you have built and put yourself in the best position for whatever comes next.
